Meeting Point
30 minutes before per schedule time at the Hotel Cozumel & Resort that is located north of the International Pier in the South Hotel Zone. At their arrival Guests must proceed to our desk located at the Hotel Lobby
Recommendations
Guests who are pregnant or with recent surgery (within 6 months), back/neck injuries, asthma, epilepsy, diabetes, heart/lungs problems, expectant mothers and insulin dependent can’t participate on this tour.
Guests should consider their physical fitness level and medical history when determining whether this tour is appropriate or not. Not suitable for claustrophobic people.
Minimum Age is 12 years old, Maximum Age is 65. Minimum Height is 4 feet tall and Maximum Weight Limit is 300 Lbs.
The guide has first aid training and a first aid kit in case of an emergency.
Important
After you book your tour, your reservation will be confirmed via email within 24 hours in order to check availability and guarantee your reservation. Once the reservation is made/confirmed, a deposit payment will be required, meet & greet instructions will be included in your confirmation email. You’ll receive an e-ticket which you can print out and give to the tour operator on the day of the tour. The balance, or final payment, will be paid on your tour date during the check in process.

Cancellations allowed only if made 48 hours prior tour departure. Within 48 hours no refunds permitted.
All cancellations must be made directly with Cozumel Travel and Tours, not with tour providers. In all cases, deposit reservations will be refunded via PayPal.
